Joseph S. Steiner, O.D.

Photo of Dr. Joseph SteinerDr. Joe, a native of North Dakota, was born and raised in Dickinson. He earned a scholarship to play basketball and graduated with a Biology degree from the University of Mary in Bismarck, ND. From there, he attended Pacific University College of Optometry and graduated in 2010. Dr. Joe went on to complete a residency program in Walla Walla, WA at the Jonathan M. Wainwright VA Medical Center. He specialized in ocular disease and surgical co-management. He is an active member of the American Optometric Association (AOA) and Montana Optometric Association (MOA) in which he is a past president. He won the “Young Optometrist of the Year” award for MT in 2016.

He and his wife, Ceara have three incredible children (Rhettick, Malone and Nori). Besides trying to keep up with the kids, they all share a love for all sports, especially basketball, running, and golf. They have fallen in love with the outdoors of Montana.


Shawn Lebsock, O.D.

Photo of Dr. Shawn LebsockDr. Lebsock grew up in Billings and played football at the University of Montana while completing a degree in Human Biology. He then attended optometry school at the Arizona College of Optometry at Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona. Dr. Lebsock’s studies focused on treating ocular disease, family practice, and fitting specialty contact lenses. After completing his doctorate of optometry, Dr. Lebsock practiced at Glacier Eye Clinic in Kalispell, MT, for several years where he gained extensive experience in treatment of ocular disease and surgical co-management. He then returned home to join Drs. McBride and Steiner and began practicing here in January 2017.

Dr. Lebsock is a member of the American Optometry Association (AOA) and Montana Optometric Association (MOA). His wife, Evan, and growing family enjoy spending free time fly fishing, getting a round of golf in, or enjoying a football game with family and friends.


Dr. Angie Biskupiak

Angie Biskupiak Zepeda, O.D.

Dr. Angie Biskupiak Zepeda grew up in Helena where she graduated from Helena High School in 2011. After graduating with honors from Carroll College with a bachelor’s degree in biology in 2015, she attended the Illinois College of Optometry and received her doctorate in optometry with honors. She loves seeing patients of all ages and walks of life. Dr. Biskupiak Zepeda is an active member in the Montana Optometric Association and American Optometric Association.

In 2022, she moved to Billings after marrying her husband, Patrick. In her free time you will find her hiking, camping, skiing, as well as spending time with family and friends.


Dixon Maggard, O.D.

Dr. Maggard was born and raised in Cheyenne, Wyoming where he graduated from East High School. He went on to play college baseball at New Mexico State University and Saint Ambrose University. After hanging up the cleats, he returned to his home state and attended the University of Wyoming and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Physiology. From there, he attended and graduated from the University of Pikeville – Kentucky College of Optometry. Dr. Maggard’s clinical interests include treatment and management of ocular disease, pre and post-operative care, and specialty contact lenses. He is an active member of the American Optometric Association (AOA) and Montana Optometric Association (MOA).

Dr. Maggard moved to Billings in 2022 with his fiancé, Rachel. In his free time, he can be found taking part in many sporting activities such as snowboarding, golf, and baseball. He will never pass up an opportunity to catch a sporting event with friends and family.
